BILSP SinovaLab has developed a methodology for assessing the needs and the potential impact of assistive technology. The methodology will be validated with all stakeholders, involved in this process – social assistance experts, medical staff, administration, technology providers, and people with disability.
The testing phase will be carried-out in September 2022.
BILSP SinovaLab and the New Bulgarian University (Healthcare and social work Department) have signed a partnership agreement for the establishment of a new Educational and Practical Research Unit (EPRU) „Living Lab“.
The EPRU will provide a working framework and environment for applied research in interdisciplinary fields of social and health services, and welfare technologies. The unit’s mission is to expand the skills and qualifications of engaged experts, PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, researchers and teachers for use of new approaches in various scientific, educational, developmental and applied directions.
